Every store (wines & spirit) called converts into a sale A minimum listing to drive the billing
Results Coverage:
100% achievement of the set target of 20 outlets per day per rep

52% listing of the 12 innovation brands against a target of 50%
Volume:
108% monthly sales of Kshs 2.9M against a target of Kshs 2.7M
