About the Role
Toptouch Marketing is seeking dynamic, results-oriented, and customer-focused Trade Development Representatives (TDRs). The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales, increasing product visibility, expanding market coverage, and delivering exceptional retail execution within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
- – Drive sales growth and achieve assigned monthly targets.
- – Recruit and onboard new dealers, agents, and retail outlets.
- – Ensure excellent product visibility and merchandising across assigned outlets.
- – Drive distribution and availability of products and services.
- – Execute trade promotions, activations, and marketing campaigns.
- – Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- – Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence.
- – Educate trade partners on products, promotions, and digital solutions.
- – Submit timely sales reports through mobile and digital reporting tools.
- – Maintain high standards of compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- – Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- – At least two (2) years’ experience in field sales, trade development, telecommunications, FMCG, financial services, or a related commercial environment.
- – Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
- – Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- – Excellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
- – Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and mobile reporting systems.
