Our TopTouch Marketing team, including our Managing Director, Project Managers and various departmental representatives, attended the Your Next Best Self (YNBS) Global Summit 9.0 at the Nairobi Serena Hotel on Saturday, 26 September 2026.
Under the theme The Breakthrough Edition, the summit brought together leaders and professionals for a day of learning, reflection and connection, with conversations centered on personal growth and purposeful leadership.
Convened by Dr. Patricia Murugami, founder and CEO of Breakthrough Leadership Transformation (BLT), the summit explored how people can approach their next chapter with greater purpose. Conversations centered on personal growth, leadership and adapting to a changing world of work, with participants encouraged to reflect on the choices shaping their careers and lives.
The ninth edition also coincided with BLT’s 20-year milestone in leadership development and organizational transformation. A highlight was the launch of Dr. Murugami’s book Seasons, alongside the Breakthrough Annual Journal, extending the day’s focus on reflection and continued growth.
For TopTouch Marketing, the themes offer a useful reminder that effective teams need opportunities to learn, exchange ideas and develop alongside the work they deliver. The summit placed that investment in people at the center of the conversation.
